The FAP is also accepting door prizes to be given away at the Saturday afternoon break. Attendees must visit five vendors to be eligible for drawing

Jump Up a Sponsorship Level

For $3,500.00 your company can sponsor the Florida Association of Periodontists’ Reception on Friday afternoon and move up one level of sponsorship for this meeting. Only your company representatives will be allowed to attend the reception and have exclusive one-on-one time with FAP members. There is a deadline for this sponsorship opportunity to allow the FAP to recognize your company as sole sponsor of this event. The FAP reserves the right to award this opportunity to the company with the higher level of sponsorship in the event that more than one company chooses this sponsorship. If two or more companies at the same level are interested, the FAP will award sponsorship to the company committing first and payment received. You must be participating in this meeting as an exhibitor or sponsor to be eligible for this opportunity. Contact the FAP office for more information.

Exhibitor

As an Exhibitor your company will receive a table top exhibit and will be placed in the remaining areas of the exhibit hall for one meeting. Signage will be provided identifying your corporation as a meeting exhibitor.

The financial commitment is $850.00 per meeting or $1600.00 if your company contracts for two consecutive meetings.

PLATINUM SPONSORS

Historically, the Platinum Sponsor has underwritten and provided a speaker for one meeting. The Florida Association of Periodontists (FAP) extends an invitation to all interested companies to participate at this sponsorship level minus the responsibility of providing a speaker. As a Platinum Sponsor your company will be recognized as a leading sponsor of an FAP meeting and will be spotlighted as an FAP Platinum Sponsor in all meeting promotional material. Your company logo will appear above other sponsors and exhibitors on the FAP website homepage with link to the corporation website, in all FAP newsletters, three per year and on all FAP membership mass e-mail communications. Platinum Sponsors will be encouraged to place advertising packages (company information and printed promotional items such as pens, pencils, notepads, etc.) in the presentation meeting area or at the luncheon. In addition, your company will not be charged for a table top exhibit for one year (two meetings). Your company will have separate signage at the sponsored meeting and events. The signage will be placed in a high traffic area to assure more recognition of your level of commitment to the Florida Association of Periodontists.

The financial commitment is $7,500.00 or greater and is valid for one year.

GOLD  Sponsors

As a Gold Sponsor your company will be recognized as an outstanding sponsor of the Florida Association of Periodontists (FAP) meeting and will be spotlighted as a FAP Gold Sponsor in all meeting promotional material. Your company will appear on the FAP website homepage with link to the corporation website and your company name will appear in all FAP newsletters, three per year. In addition, your company will not be charged for a table top exhibit for one year (two meetings). As a Gold Sponsor the FAP encourages you to sponsor an evening event the night before the Saturday presentation and will gladly advertise this event for you. Appropriate sponsorship signage will be placed listing your company as a Gold Sponsor and will be placed in the exhibition area assuring recognition of your level of commitment to the Florida Association of Periodontists.

The financial commitment is $5,000.00 or greater and is valid for one year.

SILVER Sponsors

As a Silver Sponsor your company will be recognized all FAP newsletters, three per year and will be listed on the FAP website sponsor page with a link to your company’s website. In addition, your company will not be charged for a table top exhibit for one year (two meetings). Silver Sponsors will be advertised as sponsors of continental breakfast and/or coffee breaks, signage will be provided. Appropriate sponsorship signage will be placed listing your company as a Silver Sponsor and will be placed in the exhibition area assuring recognition of your level of commitment to the Florida Association of Periodontists.

The financial commitment is $2,500.00 and is valid for one year.
